Water Treatment/Distribution Grade II and Wastewater Grade II Operator

Mountain Valley Environmental Services, Inc provides quality service to our clients across the Central California Valley, from daily operations for small city water districts to seasonal water systems.

Seeking a qualified and experienced full or part-time CA State Water Board Certified Grade II or higher Wastewater Operator and a Grade II or higher Water Treatment/Distribution Operator to service clients across the Central Valley area. Plumbing and/or electrical skills desired. Candidate must be able to perform technical duties related to wastewater treatment and water distribution facilities, maintain water quality standards, be able to troubleshoot system and equipment issues, and be able to notice and correct issues before they become a problem or cause a violation. Duties include: collecting water/wastewater samples, perform process control analysis, perform routine repairs/maintenance; record meter reads; perform systems shutdowns/start-ups. Candidate should be a self-motivated and dedicated team player who has excellent customer service and communication skills. Hourly wage from $28-$40 per hour.
