Manager of Engineering

The Laguna Beach County Water District is seeking to fill the position of Manager of Engineering. The position will serve under administrative direction from the General Manager and perform engineering work in planning, design, and construction, provide guidance on development of bids, inspections, and other matters related to engineering functions of District facilities, and supervise engineering staff.

 REQUIREMENTS: Completion of Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering; five (5) years of professional engineering experience in design and construction involving water distribution and facilities; minimum two (2) years in a management or supervisor capacity. Possess a valid and current certificate of registration as a Professional Civil Engineering (P.E.) issued by the State of California. Possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license and a safe driving record.
