The Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency is seeking an experienced Engineer – Water Infrastructure to join their Development Services Division within their Engineering Department. This position will manage several major water infrastructure projects from initial planning and design to construction and delivery, offering many exciting opportunities for professional growth and longevity in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong design and functional knowledge of water systems and land development. They will be proactive, demonstrating excellent project management skills, including the ability to effectively oversee budgets for publicly and privately funded projects, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and adhere to financial objectives. SALARY AND BENEFITS

Annual Salary: $138,570 — $168,834 DOE/DOQ PLUS, a generous benefits package. that includes:

  • HYBRID WORK: Two days per week in the office, available upon completion of a six-month probationary period and manager approval.
  • FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE: 9/80 work schedule available.
