Customer Service Representative/Technician I

Laguna Beach County Water District is seeking to fill one position at the Customer Service Representative/Technician I. The position is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the District in a courteous and professional manner. The position may perform the following tasks: field service calls, pressure checks, billing reads, meter maintenance, answering phones, responding to billing, water use and account inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS: Possession of valid Class C California Driver’s License from the State Department of Motor Vehicles and ability to pass physical exam upon appointment. Minimum of one year of responsible work experience in customer service related work and/or construction, plumbing, or experience performing financial, technical, and statistical record keeping.
